A proposal for the direct use of RF3 Canola Quality (CQ) Brassica juncea as food, feed, or for processing in the Philippines. This variety was developed through conventional breeding by incorporating the RF3 event from Brassica napus into elite CQ B. juncea lines. No new genetic modification was introduced.
